Q: What is the difference between shipping through UPS Standard and USPS Priority?

A: UPS Standard Shipping is what we recommend for all orders outside of PO Box, FPO & APO Addresses. It is at a huge discounted rate for us and our customers due to the volume of UPS orders we ship on a daily basis. UPS provides updated tracking and is easy to handle if a package claim is needed.

USPS Priority Shipping is now ONLY available for PO Boxes & FPO/APO Addresses.  

USPS is more expensive, slow to update tracking, and once USPS picks up the order is out of our hands. We know as much as you.

Q: What is TD's Shipping Policy?
We will email your tracking once we have processed your order for shipment.  Patience is appreciated.  If you have not received your tracking after 3-5 business days (M-F) feel free to reach out.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY - YOU MUST select USPS for APO & FPO addresses or it will be returned to our warehouse.

You can not intercept a package or change the address once it has shipped from our warehouse.  We will collect additional shipping costs from you need be.  WE NO LONGER SHIP TO FREIGHT FORWARD ADDRESSES.  YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDED.

Q: Do you ship internationally? 
A: Yes. We have limited our international shipping to Canada & United Kingdom ONLY for the time being.  You must prepay taxes & duties to place order.
Q: How long does it take for International Orders to process?
A: After payment is received our international order gateway takes 24-48 hours to verify your payment and order.  You will receive an order confirmation once it is verified & processed. 

We do NOT refund international shipping costs, taxes or duties on international orders or returns.
